What Dr. Doug is talking about...all the habits of movement that eventually cause pains... I took an Alexander Technique class and MAN O'MAN did that help!! It just teaches the easiest ways to walk, sit and stand up that people forget. Or erases all the tension the body remembers. OR BOTH!!! Because people live so much in the mind....they forget to be easy on or with their bodies. Pure human neurosis made physical. And not that animals aren't neurotic too.

I’m gonna get my deviated septum fixed when all this corona shit dies down, they said on a scale from 1-5, 5 being the worst that i was a 5 lol. I have a bone disease so it literally broke when I was born so I’ve had it all my live and just can’t breathe out of my left side. I was wondering how your recovery went? I’m worried that my nose won’t fit my face afterwards lol
@@BrookeKatherine. Hi, you will be so releaved when you finally will be able to breathe as you should! I didn't have much pain or bruising. Only thing I found difficult is that I wasnt allowed to blow my nose for a while. I had a lot of infections because of my septum and other problems and the infections caused problems in my jaw and even in the roots of my teeth. Since my operation the difficulties reduced with 80 or 90%. Thats why it scares me to see this, because I am so happy with the results. I wish you have a big succes too!! Excuse my English, I am a Dutchie 😊

I'm going to criticize. There's a dominant nostril. Nasal breathing alternates between the left and right nostrils throughout the day. Both nostril open up for breathing during exercise due to sympathetic response. People only start noticing when they pay close attention.
I didnt even know you could adjust a deviated septum without surgery. Do you find if it usually stays in place or sometuimes does it pop back? Can this technique be done instead of surgery?
