I’ve never made a card myself but I’ve been watching your videos for years. They’re so soothing. I did get some inspiration from your videos though. Last year I made my own Christmas wrapping paper. I used stamps, ink and embossing powder. It was a lot of work but a complete success. So, thank you for many hours of joy!
Super sweet and fun designs! Thanks for sharing colored pencil coloring along with some patterned papers for these designs! Having so many techniques makes creating lots of fun and helps me feel inspired!
Fun cards! Love the simplicity and the colored pencils. That line of silver glitter peeking out from the candy red striped border is a perfect accent!!
Thanks for starting out so many of my days with a smile from ear-to-ear ^_^ You are one extremely talented paper artist and engineer! Keep on sharing your impressive talents with your fans!
OK, Missy! Much as I adore your paper and penmanship -- and I'm hooked, believe me! -- I am writing here to say you've created a nail-art monster and I wonder why you stopped blogging at "Daily Something"? I had no clue about nail stamping and have spent two days of my life educating myself, watching lots of videos (yours first, of course!) and making product wish lists. I love all the info you've shared and hope you'll pick DS back up again. Thanks for sharing your journey with the world. I'm honored to be a (newbie) member of your considerable audience!
Boy, I hear that. OK, well, how bout a quick answer then? If you're using a detailed stamp and want just a portion of the design, can you acetone away the undesired portion? Does that work? Because a couple of the Bundle Monster plates I'm wishing for have really intricate designs. And hey! Thanks so much for answering! ;)
You can remove the portions of the design while it's still on the stamper. Pick up the design and then turn your stamper over so you can see what's on it. You can use a cotton bud or Q-tip to "roll away" what you don't want, or some scotch tape or a lint roller to pick it up. After you have it the way you want, then you can stamp it onto your fingernail. Of course, you will have to work quickly for this to work. If it dries too quickly, you might try painting your nail with a clear, sticky polish before stamping to make it stick. I've used Orly Rubberized Base Coat for this, or even the Yellow Stopper nail polish (which dries a bit sticky). You can see this process in this video from MoYou... ruclips.net/video/Dvn4Ia6q1kg/видео.html
I to really like the simpleness of the cards. The characters from that stamp kit are adorable. It was a clever idea to use sequins for the ornaments, they actually look much better that way than if you'd colored them. GREAT job 💟💟💟
Very cute! I like the CAS designs! (I also got a laugh when you said you did the coloring in batches, LOL! Pun intended, I don't know but loved it--that fit right in with the theme of the card, gingerbread men/boy cookies!)
These cards are darling Kristina. Your coloring is lovely, the sentiments fun and the patterned paper perfect. Thanks so much for sharing and I hope you have a wonderful weekend. ~HUGS~ #kindnessmatters
These cards are so cute, TFS. Karen how do you sharpen your colored pencils and water color pencils? I have tried a few different sharpeners, but can never get a nice point like your's are.
Very cute!! Love the sequins on the tree and I think I could actually color these images like you did without it becoming a complete disaster....LOL! TFS, Heather

Clean and simple! Perfect. Thanks Kristina.
Omg! I love this kit. Super cute. Love the coloring. And that Gingie is to die for. Tfs.
Love these simple cards. They could be stamped and my grandkids could do the coloring for special cards to relatives and friends.
Both cards are precious and all the little added details make them more special. And you're right, the sentiments are perfect.
Love these simple cards! I will be using that dashed line frame idea. Have a great day, Kristina!

They are great - did you say that the stamp set is not included in the December box set?
No, it's included in the kit (which sadly is sold out now). However, you can purchase the stamp set outside of the kit. You can still get that. :)
Does the glitter come off the glitter paper? I hate glitter that makes a mess but these cards are soooo pretty:) You do amazing cards!!
