Can we take a moment to give Lisa her flowers? How does she get such authentic folks to her channel, speaks to her authenticity as an individual also. Add that to her interview skills. She is a 10/10. Well done Lisa!
One thing am realizing and loving about Ugandans' content creators, you are more authentic. The topic alone is so straight to the point without sugarcoating and touches on reality of most marriages.haven't encountered such bare conversations from Kenya. Love this❤🇰🇪🇰🇪
Lisa you are awesome as a host. You always let your guests tell their story with ease and patience. You also have a good choice of guests and topics. Keep going 💪🏼
Have you all noticed how Cathy looks at Ray when Lisa asks a general question? She lets him answer first. wooow. She lets him lead. Anyway, the lessons in this story are forgiveness, patience, and trust in the Lord. Thank you, Lisa 😍.
what a powerful and honest sharing! I am truly blessed to hear your testimony...Cathy is me:), my road wasn't the same but I had all the same markers, (I even still describe it as the season I needed a break, to which he quickly corrects... as the time i left him)😅 mbwenu! But God is sooo good! I support the decision to get help (especially as a young 'successful or priviledged' individual we often undermine our need for support), whether or not this requires physical time away, because only from sure ground can you help or support each other. In the time away, I was led to seek God's face rather than factual successes, and in that place of resting on faith alone, I found joy, and forebearance and peace where no amount of table slapping or direct confrontation could bear fruit. For me it was about faith, and my commitment to God and my family as my top priority, rather than being understood by whoever was watching or even understanding where I was headed myself. I put my faith in Christ alone. And boy did he do the impossible! It's a journey, God is working on me... I wholeheartedly agree with you both that Christ is the way back, work on me, pray for you🙏🏾 Do keep sharing your testimony, because as we do, we unlock opportunities for redemption for others. God bless you both!
I love the role a mother plays. No matter how old a man is. He rans back to his mother. She addressed the history. Tackled the spirtual element. Flowers for rays mother. Flowers for Cathy and Ray.
What a beautiful story. Overcoming pain, disappointments and tragedy and finding Christ the way maker the miracle worker the game changer. Wow wow. What Christ cant do doesn’t exist. The grace on cathy makes her even more beautiful, the genuineness in Ray is definitely a God seed . Glory to God
I got fascinated about this man when he came for a day long conference, and he was driving my dream car. I kept wondering who is this man that drives such a fancy car and afford to spend the whole day at church during a working week
Cathy is so beautiful..i love the topic and the way she aticulates her words..thx Lisa for hosting.. indeed God is a great game changer for Ray n Cathy
The lord is beautiful, this is worth watching!! I wish one day I can get the courage to share my testimony coz I know it will change someone’s life. Flowers 💐 to Lisa
This is by far one of the most marriage transforming story I have listened too. Cathy and Ray you have such beautiful spirits and a huge ministry awaits you. Lisa thank you for the authentic interview.
How does one like a video twice, the conversation is so profound, the conversation affirms on the foundation, how firm is it? The foundation of the marriage, the up bringing, who are we as individuals, the centre point that grounds us.
I could listen to this interview over and over again... Speaks alot about us thinking that when you see couples in harmony that all has always been rosey or that they have always had it figured out... We need to be intentional and kind to one another.... This interview has made my day.... Thank you Lisa...🥰🥰🥰
Woww!what an authentic interview! Thanks Lisa for bringing such a wonderful couple with great lessons of weathering the storms in mariage! And as for Cathy, glowing😊 and as humble yet beautiful &collected as was in gyza high school
1:09:10 was awesome, seeing cathy take accountability for her part small as it was.. I think accountability is truly want really drives real change. One starts to ask the real questions.
Lisa I don’t know how much I can thank you and the couple for sharing their love life story🙏.. wow wow wow is what I can say, I’ve been blessed in various ways. I couldn’t stop admiring the wife’s beauty 🥰
I like that she spoke to her friend because dating her ex. I am also glad it turned out well. These can be difficult spaces to navigate. Thank you Lisa for this.❤

Such a beautiful story….wow thank you people for sharing and we bless the Lord Jesus for he is such a second chance God full of Grace and mercy….am blessed by your journey
Just finished watching this episode and it was beautiful with so many lessons I will highlight one lesson that came in the last minutes of the conversation... Mrs Rachel Mwiine shared on her Instagram recently about being careful when we feel justified, when we feel that we have the right to be angry .. relating it to this episode Mrs Cathy's anger was justified.. the husband had cheated and was taking too much alcohol.. so really her anger was justified.. but the problem with justification we forget that we also do wrong things and for Mrs Cathy the realization that she isn't perfect came after she received Christ, she understood that sometimes she also didn't treat the husband the right way So I feel it's really important to realize that we too aren't perfect and it is really not always the other person's fault Once it was a beautiful episode, thank you to the guests and the host
Just listening to this testimony has brought me to thinking if non bornagains can keep in their marriages however bad it might be, what makes children of God give up yet we know better. God help us. Thanks Lisa n yours guests today
I have learnt quite a number of lessons ,but I feel some themes were not fully developed ,this is because when cathy is still telling us a certain episode, she is interupted with a question that puts an end on what she has been talking about . I feel some information was not put out,I don't know if it was by choice ,I really would love to know how Cathy handled inlaws ,how she explained to the young child where her dad was ,how did she meet the home supplies ,the kind of help she got ...I feel this will give knowledge to a young wife on how to navigate some of these things if met with them .....i would also love to ask Cathy if she can ,to tell us what she knows now ,as compared to how she was 13 yrs ago,and give a young wife some notes ....i have enjoyed the show ,and i am sharing with my friends ..❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Cathy is so beautiful and I love the way she speaks.. as if those real ladies they talk about 😅 My take home here is you can change a situation once you acknowledge the damage it has done.. Thank you Lisa❤ and thanks to the Kananuras
A virtuous wife. I hope men learn to pray to find patient calm loving wives. Cathy's love and patience and acceptance of him including all his flaws, reedemed Ray.

Ahaa, We thank God for the Transformational power of Jesus! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
Such a insightful interview Lisa. Glad there is redemption at the end of it all. Can’t lie, still in awe always for the adage, “good girl falls for bad boy syndrome🤷🏽♀️Maybe that’s how God wants people pulled to holy side in the end. Praise the living God🙌🏾
I agree. I came to hear how she navigated. A lot of women would benefit from it. But I also know the grace God gives you in such seasons is unexplainable.
Such a beautiful journey, truly ur marriage was so full of twists and turns but regardless, really built on Christ foundation, i assure you it was a holy spirit that guided Mr. Ray to take a decision of Rehab in UK when things were about to mess up .. And so thankful to Cathy for being such a low key woman in her life , she truly reveals that by even mere seeing her question approaches. I can say this episode an eye opener to all of us that salvation still remains a great door in the field of marriage and the others... Thankful to the Kananura's for sharing your interesting journey to many .. A huge thanks to Lisa for getting us such authentic people to share to us their life journey.
The candour and authenticity draw you in; the lessons interwoven in the anecdotes then seal the instruction! I may return to formal "religion" after a 4 year hiatus after watching this.

1:09:57 / 1:16:15 Great Story here! Thank you. The gift of responsibility is actually given by God in Genesis. Various situations emphasize this, God creates man first. When the fall happened, we know that Eve took initiative, but God held Adam responsible. Genesis 3:8-11.
