Hi thank you for your video, it was very enlightening. Can I ask please, the 'nobble' tool you are using, is there any tool that you can use on the traps to target trigger points? I use a manual deep tissue pinch to reduce muscle tension which works well but I'd like to save my thumb joints from excess wear and tear. Thank you!
