    At 8:40 , I hated the first one because 'regarding something' is the opposite of being an 'issue with Glass's success'... I might be wrong. But, a good trap answer though.

    My exam is in 5 days. This video is a godsend!
    Although I was scoring around 160 in the verbal sections of the Princeton practice tests, RCs were the one section I couldn't overcome! This video elucidates the thought process behind the options!
    Thank you Philip! Your teaching is cogent and comprehensive!
    Could you please add 1 hard verbal section video by the 29th of this month? (Hard difficulty ones are hard to find 😟) Tough RCs would be really appreciated!
    Once again, thank you for all of your content! ❤️💯

      @@TheTestedTutor If possible, can you do these types of videos for passages where we have questions that have more than one option right? Especially the longer passages since it gets difficult to eliminate.

    Wow, what a great video! I struggled with understanding the last question about washing machines for a long time. I found it difficult to connect professional laundry with laundry machines, and sometimes I get lost in my thoughts (I guess that's an INFP trait, haha), which caused me a lot of trouble. However, I found that using your method of reading slowly and summarizing each sentence in my head really helped me.

    Hey Philip. I can't thank you enough for the effort you put to create great free content for us!
    I was wondering if you could make a "1 month GRE Plan" video because I lack guidance and I need a pathway to follow and I have me test in January. It will be highly appreciated if you actually respond.
    Thanks once again!

    I have a question about the explanation at 15:15 minutes of the video. The option says "a long standing tendency", we don't know that musicians actually tended to incorporate pop in classical compositions. We know that the practice existed and is dormant, not that it was something musicians preferred to do. So we conclude based on only GLASS'S tendency?

    • @uche_e
      @uche_e 6 месяцев назад +1

      Hi Shruthim, I know this comment is really old but I am leaving my response here for anyone coming after who might have the same question.
      If you notice in line 3, "popular elements do not appear out of place in Glass's classical music, which from its early days has shared certain harmonies..."
      This statement is saying that Glass has been known to create music from different styles. So, yes, Glass's work has a long-standing tendency to incorporate elements from two apparently disparate musical styles.

    Hello, I had some doubt at 15:01. I think it was never discussed in the passage that it is a "long-standing" tendency , so how are you concluding that c is a correct option?

    Respected Sir,
    Im preparing for a Law entrance exam CLAT and it was recommended to solve GMAT comprehension based questions and still me being a bit young for gmat but by following your tips i still ace most of the gmat questions by following your tips. But i face a major problem that is about reading for a long period of time because in my exam CLAT they almost give us around 19,000 words to read nd answer in 120 minutes so can you please give any suggestions regarding that???
