Just saw these on Crutchfield and very happy to see some affordable quality options for a change. I have nothing against expensive gear except that I myself am not willing to pay more than a grand for a amplifier period so that really cuts my options down. Great video
Thinking about buying the OSD XMP100 to use a small DJ controller with some old Energy Encore speakers and the powered sub that came with the speakers. Can I run a powered sub from the "Main Out" of the amp?
I know its unfair to compare the OSD with the McIntosh, but it´s hard to get an honest opinion from others audiophile "influencers". I want yo know your opinion. Thank you!
It is a fun little amp, if you used it with a pair of 100-200 speakers you will be ok. The sound you are listening 👂 has been influenced by my AUDIENCE OHNO III CABLES ( $500-$800) And my Mytek Liberty Dac $1000. If i could be you, will save to buy a used MCINTOSH 2100 $500-1000 , A used Schiit modi3 dac, and a used SCHIIT preamp. Or you can get a integrated amplifier . Denon makes good Amps.
