Great for those clauses, so often depending on how much control the investors have they can downsize and begin to strip the original company to the point that it can not even operate, they suck out all the assets, unfortunately the employees are the first to go through the shredder. On a more positive note, had a Selmer, great sax till I lost 2 fingers 😎
