Nice. I use a hockey stick and shoot tennis balls as a hand-eye coordination drill for my son’s gk training. It is a very effective way to narrow down the touch on the ball for parrying and reaction.

Can I just say, for the rugby ball, all keeper had to do was to parry it or stop it going past him. In an actual game if rugby, we are expected to catch that in any phase of play

As a fellow goalie, gotta call you on the fact that the yoga ball was absolutely hilarious to watch you bounce off of. As goalie of both hockey and soccer (yes I said it) I have bounced off of my share of fellow players in pretty much the same way. And I would have embraced it also for a video. Own that $#!+. Turn a few of those into exercises and with where your at already the premier league won't know what to do with you.
