1) Do these people trying out, do they KNOW the laws they're wanting to be HIRED to enforce? 2) Do these people trying out, do they KNOW THE CONSTITUTION they'll SWEAR to uphold? 3) Do these people trying out, do they KNOW THE CONSTITUTIONAL & CIVIL RIGHTS of the community they may be serving? 4) HAVE they signed a contract where they have to purchase at their own expense, LIABILITY, MALPRACTICE INSURANCE COVERAGE? 5) Signed a contract where they are exempt from "QUALIFIED IMMUNITY"? No? NEXT, you're wasting these guys and your time. The community wants law enforcement officers, not SOVEREIGN CITIZENS.
