I've been using this song to meditate to and simultaneously use as very abstract white noise. This was before it got big on instagram and tiktok as the "official song for the end of the world" and i've been feeling that a lot ever since. This one is just more immersive and accurate. I play this often.

This gives me Dune vibes 100%.... artillery battles between the great houses. Jihad spreading across the known universe. It is a universe where very few men grow old and many die young.
The world of Highfleet is definitely heavily inspired by Dune.

@@aRandomFox00 Highfleet author directly said that setting is based on Dune, Lawrence of Arabia (which by coincidence was an inspiration to the Dune universe too) + Russian conquest of Central Asia (the Khanate of Khiva was a real state back then) + his obsession with Jane's Fighting Ships reference books (most of ships modules are IRL Soviet naval ones).
@kon27027 Dune isn't based on Lawrence of Arabia. Frank Herbert had large interest in the orient and also had big respect for it in general. The land itself has thousands of years of history. It is a western fantasy to claim it was only based on Lawrence. Only character with a semblance to Lawrence is the doctor and his betrayal. Frank was inspired by the Ottoman Empire and mixed it with Holy Roman House system while maintaining mystical orient environment.
I played this for the homies while we were having a…fungal experience, shall we say…needless to say they truly felt like they were on the command bridge of the Sevastopol, and also have PTSD from all the dakka

Because I believe that tripping on shrooms while being immersed in the world of highfleet and all the impending doom this game has as a main theme is an explosive recipe for disaster
Highly recommend all REAL Tarkan's to play this at max computer volume for a truly immersive experience, additionally recommended to be played over five subwoofers to the point that your car/house is shaking with each subsequent impact of the enemy shell's against your hull.
My only issue is that for whatever reason there's this ringing sound that gets louder the longer you play it, and it doesn't go away even when you turn the video off.
That last part is a bit concerning, have you considered seeing a doctor ?

i strapped 20 ish 57mm cannons on my flagship, when tanc a lelek plays it plays for the enemy for my entire crew develops heavy tinnitus alongside me after the first volley.
Sounds like the sortie went decently well... Now, what about the version with Russian lines but instead of touchdown, after intense combat, the enemy has had enough of you and sends a nuke at your fleet? It all ends with the thunderous boom of a nuclear blast.

Me and a friend built a survival world dreadnaught in space engineers basically a box with a point heavy amour and a ton of firepower ended up destroying the enemies main space station with it while playing this they had no chance at winning when the battle was over and their drones were destroyed the only damage we suffered was our outer layer of amour was scuffed up
This just needs to be 8D, it would be amazing!
