    Bravo to you and your accompianist! This is a brutal piece to perform in its entirety! I did this back in 2001 as an undergrad and it remains a favorite! Great job!

    the first song is based on a poem by Swiss poet Gottfried Keller. James Joyce descovered this poem in a song cycle, LEBENDING BEGRABEN, by Swiss composer Othmar Schoeck who had put this whole cycle of poems to music... Interesting how poems can travel across the world...
