Last time Bakugou saw Deku, he was quirkless. Midoriya got a quirk from AFO called Puppeteer. He can get in the mind of his victims and basically live in their mind until something breaks the victim free. Bakugou was able to fight him off for a while, but that made his face and body overall turn into that of a monster.
The more a victim resists, the less their body looks more human

@@bored_ii Depends on his willpower and want to control a specific person. He could be able to control up to 3 people now if he wanted too, but eventually he can get into the minds of up to 5 people, but only full control 3. The other two will just be sitting ducks until called upon. Like nomus in a way
