Taro is a kind of food material which can be cooked in various ways. Today we are going to make several side dishes with taro that we often eat such as taro soup, taro and pickled bamboo shoots porridge, taro crispy chips, Stir-fried taro with ham and stir-fried taro stem with pickled papaya.
They are all made by taro, but each of them have their own taste. How do you cook the taro in daily life?

As a chef here in Canada I hardly get to spend time with my family. Seeing her work so hard and get to sit down as a family after her long days, is really precious. And her dog Dawang is always awesome. She is the definition of amazing.

Watching these uTube clips likes walking down the memory lane. I used to have Taro in soup, paste, Dim Sum; stir fry; steamed, etc. It's delicious and filling. You have to know how to do it. They did a great job promoting Asian Chinese culture.

I love those taro leaves so much. I love to eat everyday. Since childhood I love taro. It was my staple food until I turn 9/10 years old because I hate eating rice though I love a lot now. Thanks this is one reason why I chose life in village. You proof it for me. Thanks once again

We eat the leaves of this plant by putting a spice paste on the leaves and put another leave and repeat the process. Then it's rolled up and boiled and cut into the rings. You can eat it or do a shallow fry on mustard oil
