This is soooo good! Need more videos like this. Trying to learn how to build in Dinkum. Love the graph, love the fact you showed how to do things, and love the conversation. This video is a masterpiece for someone learning how to build. Very well done. Thank you for this. ❤❤❤
Thanks so much Darktide! I was aiming for filling a void that doesn't really exist for Dinkum right now! Here's to more of these types of tutorials in the future! 🥰💜
I had been trying to find a way to use the wardrobe as doors, but didn't like the spacing with the blocks. Glad I found this cause you convinced me it CAN work! Thanks for this video.....inspired me!
This is going to be such a great reference tool! Thank you so much for this. I would love to see more videos with this level of detail. ❤️❤️ -Stephanie
yes the imagination is number two, number one is practice every now and then.. dirt printing is one thing, but the most difficult to build a building that look good in dinkum is how to mix and match, try and retry many different tile or pathing, and to choose what will be suitable for this theme, or what I should put in there, and yet, this video will absolutely inspire lots of people who are struggling to build a building and make them easier to make a decision what to put and what pathing type they need to put to be a wall, or what pathing will be best for window, and roof top also.. (including me of course) thank you so much Sarah for making this awesome "How To" ❤❤❤❤ ps: did you always draw your build map (graph) whenever you build something?
Thanks so much for the feedback Bayu. I appreciate your insights. 🥰💜 To answer your question, sometimes I will draw out on graph paper a general overall layout but that can only represent so much. So a lot of the process happens in real time. But for these buildings I built them first, practicing to make sure things looked right first, then went from there. I'll definitely have to do more videos like this. 😁
