For example I have users with profession "The Moon walker", and when somebody publish ads with this parameter I want to notify users with the same parameter about it via email. How I need to set workflow?

If you're interested in building an API-based plugin, check out my API course which will help you get up to speed with all the concepts and Bubble tools: coachingnocodeapps.com/api-video-bundle. I don't have any resources yet on building element plugins or plugins with custom actions (like running javascript, for example).

I copied this tutorial very closely, but it's only sending to one user: whichever one is the oldest to sign up. It seems it's not running through the list and sending multiple emails, but rather stopping after the first user in the list. Has anything changed since this video that could cause this behavior? EDIT: I'm testing only in Development mode if that's relevant.

Hi, if the list of users changes while the emails are being sent, does it affect the list of users' list that initially was - when the workflow was triggered? Should the list remain unchanged until all the emails are sent, or will a changing users list alter the "send to" list of users?

Hey there! You'll need to be on a paid plan for API workflow features. Otherwise, I'd suggest going back through step by step to double check everything!

100 users should be no problem, but check out this post on limits: forum.bubble.is/t/schedule-api-workflow-on-a-list-does-the-list-have-a-limit/15756/4?u=romanmg. If you have a much bigger list, consider a Recursive API workflow instead: forum.bubble.is/t/new-feature-scheduling-api-workflows-can-now-be-done-recursively/37372?u=romanmg
