    Ingredients for phyllo pastry:
    Flour 3 cups
    Hot water as required
    Vinegar 1 tsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp
    Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
    Olive oil 1 tbsp
    Ingredients for filling:
    Chicken 1/2 kg
    Carrots (cubes) 1/2 cup
    Potatoes (cubes) 1/2 cup
    Olive oil 1 tbsp
    Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
    Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
    Button mushrooms (raw) 1/2 cup
    Kidney beans (boiled) 1/2 cup
    Capsicum 1/2 cup
    Broccoli 1/2 cup
    Black olives 1/3 cup
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Directions:
    1. In a bowl add flour, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and mix well.
    2. Then add hot water and knead for 5 to 7 minutes into semi hard dough.
    3. Cover with damp cloth and rest the dough for about 10 to 15 minutes.
    4. In a pan of boiling salty water add chicken cubes and boil until fully cooked. Strain and set aside.
    5. In another pan of boiling salty water add potato, carrots and let it boil until fully tender. Strain and set aside.
    6. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic for 2 minutes.
    7. Now add mushroom and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
    8. Add chicken, carrots, potatoes and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on medium low heat.
    9. Shift this mixture into a bowl, add broccoli, beans, black olives, capsicum, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and mix it all well. Your filling is ready.
    10. Take the dough and cut into 14 to 15 parts, dust with flour and roll each portion into a paper like thin sheet.
    11. Brush one sheet with melted butter, cover it with another sheet and brush it with butter again.
    12. Note: cover each rolled sheet with damp cloth.
    13. Repeat the process until you have six layers.
    14. Spread the prepared filling in center of sheet and wrap it in loaf shape.
    15. Place the loaf on baking tray and brush it again with butter.
    16. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
    17. Cut it into slices, serve and enjoy every bite.
    Preparation time: 40 minutes
    Cooking time: 1 hour
    Serving: 7-8
