    FreeStep LT7 Recumbent Cross Trainer Stepper
    Provides Zero-Impact w/Physical Therapy Stride Technology
    My wife is hoping this will help her get a good workout in without exacerbating her head/neck pain from Occipital Neuralgia, torn disc in the lumbar spine, and vestibular imbalance. Her physical therapist gave her the green light to use this machine. We recommend you check with a medical professional as well before starting anything new.

    I did 3 miles today on resistance level 8 and really enjoyed the workout. It took a few adjustments with the seat to find the right level, but now it’ll be set for the next workout. Kris 😊

    This video is a great addition to the diy community!Thanks for that. Now that it's been a couple of months, how are things working out? I ordered my LT7 this morning. I am curious to know what drill attachment you are using, and if possible, can you post a link. Thank you.

    I was wanting to know how the wife liked it after trying it out. Because of her back issues. This is why I'm considering this one. Over all this was an excellant video
    showing all of the parts, front and back and very detailed assembly. Just makes it easier for us all, when purchasing this product. Thank You So Much

      @@marty56443 thanks so much for watching. The machine is just what I needed for no impact workouts. It’s great for putting the feet up off the pedal area and just do an arm workout as well. I like the holder above the screen so I can watch shows on my iPad for entertainment too. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

      Thanks for the comment! Hopefully you have a helper. If not, on your own it'll take you around 2 hours to unbox everything and complete assembling the cross trainer (at least that's what it took me). I appreciate that you watched the video! Best of luck to you!!!

    Can you tell me if replacement parts are available for the FreeStep?

    • @GrayTrend
      @GrayTrend  18 дней назад

      @@marty56443 According to Teeter’s website they offer replacement parts through warranty. Teeter offers a 3‑Year Frame / 2‑Year Mechanical Parts warranty for the FreeStep LT7. You can also purchase an extended period for $59. The basics of the warranty are: Throughout the terms of the warranty coverage, Teeter extends to the owner a repair and replacement warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Teeter will repair or replace any such defect and will pay the costs of all parts and transportation. If a repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot timely be made, then Teeter will, at the original Purchaser’s option, replace with a comparable product or refund the purchase price.
      Hope this helps.
