Bells in tuning workshop at John Taylor Bell Foundry

A group of bell ringers from Somerset recently travelled to visit the JohnTaylor Bell Foundry, Loughborough. All 8 bells from St.John the Evangelist Church, Milborne Port were being refurbished. This video shows the 2nd bell being retuned. A very interesting and informative visit was had by all.

Talk about a stressful job. Imagine he takes off 0.01" too much and they have to melt it down and cast it again! :-)
