Great background instrumentals - sets the era for this Classic 40s Caddy. Simple wiper fix by Foose Design. Chip; the Barris Candy Apple Red Olds is looking Great (background behind you ) - you got the Midas Touch. George Barris' daughter will be proud. Hope she's invited on Vlog. Barris was @ MSRA 50s show - I mentioned to him Ala Kart - George smiled
I see Chip's love for custom cars, but I also see his love for bicycles in the background ! That's cool 😎 great video & music ,Chip - thanks for all you & your guys do on cars.

Hey Chip, I had a hi-performance 68' VW back in 1978' that was a lot more hi-performance than VW. It was stolen one night and not seen nor heard from again. I have a firm image in my mind and might be ready to have a re-build. Any ideas who could help me? Thanks. KJK. Love the channel. 👍
Chip I have a question regarding the en head screw that you installed. Would it not be better to use an unlock nut on the screw so it does not come loose?
Hey Chip! Good to see you're still at it! You have a God-given talent, sir! I'm not sure if you remember this, but my girlfriend and I met you, and your wife, at the Lonestar Steakhouse in Tustin many years ago. She's hard to forget...she's a 6'1" blonde! I hope this comment finds you, and your family, in good health! God Bless you, sir! Keep up the great work!
I've followed Chip since he was a very young man, and I must say, he is just as much a gentleman as his dad was. It is amazing to see such talent on loan from God.
Hello from Ontario, Canada. I was going to post something very similar, but I decided to acknowledge your excellent comment instead (I hope you don't mind). Chip is a prodigy and a car designing wizard! Love your channel Mr. Foose.
Chip, Brent at halfass kustoms up in canada, doing his own version of a removeable top and the vinyl will not stick to the edges... seeing is believing in his struggles. I suggested using gorilla silicone mixed with solvent would make his problem solvable... as its cheap and easy to make.... and super strong... your thoughts appreciated, maybe contact him with your own suggestions... hopefully resolving a stressful problem
You know when a shop owner works on stuff when his hands are cut and dirty like we see here.Unlike someone from Utah.Thats why I admire Chip and Joe Martin.
Cool car. Cools vid, except for the music. Perhaps you are trying to capture music from the car's original time era, but the music is annoying and just not need for a Foose video. Watching with it muted.
I love the videos you put out; I hate the music you choose. No one has the same tastes in music Chip, as you'd know if you've ever got stuck in the passenger seat of someone else's car during a long road trip. It's better to go with no music at all. It sounds more natural, like an actual visit to you.
If you had any thoughts of Mr Foose not working on his own cars and only worked for the camera, just look at his hands in this video, bruises cuts and scratches everywhere! Those my friend are real mechanic's hands!
When I am working on a particularly dirty classic car, I do wear gloves to protect my hands from chemicals. I will power wash and decontaminate engines that I am working on, so I can work on engines glove free.

That Caddy is Stunning!!!!!!
Cars were already art back then and along comes Foose and his team to bring them to a new level!
Nice music for a the custom Cadillac. I’ve noticed more Shops videos are being edited to include period music. Good touch, classic
I see Chip's love for custom cars, but I also see his love for bicycles in the background ! That's cool 😎 great video & music ,Chip - thanks for all you & your guys do on cars.
The Caddy is gorgeous! Even before the beautiful customization, it had great lines. They definitely don’t make them like they used to.
There are a lot of "fix up this old car" vids on utube, but very few rise to Mr Foose's level of detail and gorgeousness....
WOW both cars are beautiful, Ron
Chip Foose is a one of a kind man. Love his work and designs!!!!
The caddy, such a beautiful car.
So cool, watching THE MASTER do this simple job, while admiting he ordered the wrong drill bit.
Chip has been a hero of mine since I first heard of him after Boyd
Everything about this video is awesome! Good stuff!
Looking good Chip as always !! 😎👍🏻🇺🇸🦅😇🙏

FOOSE I want the old rims on that car look so good to me 😊
What a beautiful 36 ford "Pretty Slick" Hotrod.
Very nice!!! The Caddie Old timer shines!
Love the music. Another great video. See the Barris car in the background, can’t wait for the next episode on it. 💪👍🏼
This video leaves no doubt Chip is a “hands on” builder. His hands look like he was in a knife fight & lost. Such a great talent!
Wow that car is sitting nice!!!!
Foose design best design
⚡⚡⚡❤
The attention to fit and finish that Chip has, is what makes his builds so nice and clean. Looking forward to the Barris build being all cleaned up.
Our camera is on point good video
Wow! Them are some amazing cars. Your vision and custom fabrication is unique and one of a kind. Awsome! 👍🏼
Great choice for background music while working on the grille support.
Amazing car remind me of impression Ridler winner chips detail is the very best in custom world
It's always about the fine details. What a MASTER BUILDER !!!
Nice , I want one
On the wipers, I believe that I would have inserted the bolt from the backside of the arm and used a stainless acorn nut on the front.

Excellent edit .
The Caddy is breathtaking!😍
Hands on / so gifted and humble / class act .
That Cadillac is gorgeous. But it doesn't have any tail lights that I could see.
I need that 36 coupe 😂😂 👨🏻🎨

One of the best out there. Keep uo the great work Chip.
The only complaint I got is the videos are too short but I love everything else 😅😊
Like watching a fine suit or boots get altered. Gosh damn.
What a beautiful car. Thanks for sharing.
Hei Mr Foose... if possible, we would like to know the name of the man/shop who built that 1940 Cadillac!!! Thanx
Very cool, Chip! Thanks for sharing!
Im not understanding how the car was built wth wipers that dont fit.
What is name of the song you are playing, with the lyrics 1,2,3, come with me. We will kiss under the moonlight... ? Thanks for your response.
Does anyone know the artist of the song in the beginning?
Chip are you still customizing cars???
I've followed Chip since he was a very young man, and I must say, he is just as much a gentleman as his dad was. It is amazing to see such talent on loan from God.

I think genetics, example and talent have more to do with than god in any shape or form
Stop the goofy music!

Does it have a V16?
Don't pinstripe it. It doesn't need it. All that black n sickness of the ride I wouldn't do that so beautiful
Nice car !!!!
Beautiful car
You know when a shop owner works on stuff when his hands are cut and dirty like we see here.Unlike someone from Utah.Thats why I admire Chip and Joe Martin.

You can tell when a guy actually does what-he-says-he-does by lookin at the cut up + dirty ol' hands!! Tip of the cap, Sir!
👍👍
Somehow the word Awesome just isn't big enough....
Chip that Olds custom by Barris you featured on your channel is in Hemmings this month Thought the family was going to take it to auction?
❤️👍
High Fives America! 😎🇺🇲
Cool car. Cools vid, except for the music. Perhaps you are trying to capture music from the car's original time era, but the music is annoying and just not need for a Foose video. Watching with it muted.
Our hands could be brothers
People take a beautiful car and make it butt ugly by slamming it to the ground, now nothing is in proportion. Disgusting!
I love the videos you put out; I hate the music you choose. Like that car will ever see rain!😂
Thats really old school iron
Little car? That thing is a boat.
Beautiful car. Please don't pin stripe it!
like 843 !
Like if you saw that candy red car
The music gives me an ear ache.
Chip traces most of his drawings. He’s good at coloring. Don’t be fooled.
If you had any thoughts of Mr Foose not working on his own cars and only worked for the camera, just look at his hands in this video, bruises cuts and scratches everywhere! Those my friend are real mechanic's hands!
I noticed that also. My hands often don't look to good. Have trouble keeping clean looking fingernails. Hate wearing gloves.
When I am working on a particularly dirty classic car, I do wear gloves to protect my hands from chemicals. I will power wash and decontaminate engines that I am working on, so I can work on engines glove free.
