The way you become weaker through Vampirism stages is the Health Regen decrease. While you become stronger through Vampirism stages by having a increasing reduction in cost of your Vampire skills' magicka and ultimate.
It's high risk for high reward. To be completely honest I don't see the need to become a vampire unless your class/skill set is a stealthy ranged dps. Since being able to stealth around at the same speed as running is critical for a stealth class. :p

Airen Browning it has to be a special one, or just go to a vampire shrine and wait for someone to bite you.
