The dial is really nice in person. Seiko always impresses.
I have a few watches with hardlex, it doesn't bother me that much. So far I haven't noticed any damage even though I wear them daily in rotation. I enjoy them and don't pay much attention to the specs.

Amazon - Bisonstrap. Quite affordable, but good quality. I'm very satisfied.
