I’m watching your videos from Vancouver. At first I did t think too much of it. It I have grown fond of you Ghib. I see that you are honest and direct and I thank you for taking me to all these different places I’ve missed so much. I left Singapore 32 years ago and miss the food of course. Thank you for loving Singapore my Birth country and marrying a Singapore girl. I can watch you For many hours at a time. Reyreytt Sus : We missed the Al Muttaqin Mosque that u recommended. Guess due Covid it is not really open to visitors or tourists. Dark Dragon : Glad you liked the Collab Ghib and I. Republic of Me Travel : glad you liked to see Ghib and I back. Yes we should have given our support to some Hawkers during the filming and not wait till the shooting was over ! I actually suggested you visit AMK Hub last year for the A&W, didn’t expect you would actually visit this mall. This place will always have a special place in my heart, I grew up in this area before moving to North America, so many good memories in Ang Mo Kio, I always make it a point to visit this area whenever I’m back in Singapore to visit.
Hi Nathan ! During my Secondary School Days one of my favorite Beverage and fast food outlet was A & W. They were in Singapore well before we heard of McDonalds, Subway etc. You will recall A & W were situated by the Bukit Timah / Duneran Rd Canal. Yes I have seen Ang Mo Kio as a farming area. hi Ghib, Jimmy got the information wrong. The alcohol consumption cut off timing at 1030pm is not due to covid. This alcohol law was imposed on 1 Apr 2015 due to the riots at Little India previously. In 2015 dont even have any covid outbreak haha.
