This is really, really getting old.
It's not about you caring about his orientation. It's about him being proud of it, and that's the difference. Straight people get recognition by default, we don't. Coming out as a star in particular is important to inspire kids to be themselves! What's the problem? If you really are supportive of LGBTQ people, then you'd be proud of him, not "I don't care". I don't care isn't a compliment. I don't know how that's so hard to comprehend. It's not about who you sleep with (especially a kid, yikes I don't wanna think about that), it's about the courage it takes to be gay publicy.
@@jas_batailleI don’t think they meant it in an offensive way…… I think they just meant that it doesn’t change their opinion on Luke, unlike some people who are “disappointed”. I myself am gay, and I appreciated their comment the way I interpreted it. It sounds like they support him plenty, even if they didn’t word it in a way you liked.
I love his 1st audition sooo much! I keep going back to it. his love of what he does is so admirable! I hope he's having fun and honing his talent. He's just amazing! All the mean people on here need to respect this teenage singer for what he brings to the world. Joy! 😋

I knew this kid. Went to the same school as him since 3rd grade our music teacher ms tesar always used to use him as an example to everyone else
He's a great kid with a great future ahead of him. I'm happy for him. His lifestyle is nobody's business. He entertains and makes people happy with his amazing voice. That's all that matters to me.
Luke is one of the most inspiring people I know. I got the chance to perform in urinetown with him recently and he was phenomenal. So much unnecessary hate in this comment section. People should be loved the way they are.

Wow. Bigotry and Body shaming by so many people who I am sure look and act the same. If someone is different in any way, they get attacked. Some people just love to hate anyone different from themselves. And people wonder why this country is so divided.
As long as he's happy. It was a little obvious he was gay though when he sang as a kid. He still has one of the most powerful singing voices I have ever heard. When he sings you listen. People will laugh and hate but he's up there with Sebastian Bach in the category of top singers.

Of course, he's not the only one who I feel this way about, but I don't know, when it comes to thinking of people who seem to hate the gays, DeSantis immediately comes to mind.I heard that just a couple of months ago, he was actually considering the thought of exiling all gay and trans people out of the state of Florida.
