Convert old CFL into bright LED bulb

Hello friends,
My objective with this project was to create a low budget and energy saving LED bulb for slum areas. Energy saving bulbs costs very high and are mostly not affordable for lower middle class families.
With the help of this project you can make your own LED light bulb with very low cost and you may find some of the parts at your itself.
you can use old broken CFL bulb housing to put to circuit inside.
the circuit consist of a few parts:
1 M ohm resistor
10 ohm resistor
470 ohm resistor
IN4007 diode x 4
100uf/25v capacitor
474k/400v capactor
and a series of LED's.
put all the parts together as shown in the video and your LED bulb will be ready to spread light..
be careful and be happy..

its not like that .....this capacitive supply has not enough amperes to light that much SMDs.....it gives few mA......

this capacitive supply will only power two normal LEDs or one SMD used in this video.
