    Ultra Combo: Metsu Hadoken
    Weakness: Aegis Reflector
So now that we're tackling our first stage, let's explain how the bosses work. Each boss has a meter by their health bar that grows as they take hits. This is their Ultra Meter, like a super meter in your typical fighting game. When it's full, they can use their Ultra Combo on you, which is their strongest move. You can also get Perfects by beating the boss with full health. You can get hit, but so long as you end with full health, you'll get a Perfect. These will be important later.
As for Karate Man himself, he fights like a zoner. Most of the time he will just fire Hadokens at you, alternating between Light, which is slow, Heavy, which is faster, and Shakunetsu, which is the orange one. You can destroy them with 3 buster shots. He can also use his Shoryuken, the uppercut, to try and catch you in the air, and he will use his Tatsumaki, or the Hurricane Kick for those unaware, to travel across the field. He is completely invincible during this, but you can also slide under him when he does this. His Ultra Combo is the Metsu Hadoken, which is a giant purple fireball. This can soak up a lot of buster shots, so it's best to just outright dodge it then to try and clash with it. Beating Ryu nets you the Hadoken, which might as well be a replacement for your buster, as it functions pretty much the same, even being able to charge it.

I like how the version of Ryu's theme in this stage incorporates a few elements of Flashman's music.

Yeah man, especially the style of music dates back to Flash Man's stage from MM2 due to all the instruments that are used.

That fight had me feared! I was thinking you were gonna fail completely to Ryu from the ultra hadoken! You were that close to it! Perfect gameplay btw!
