He's currently the only preservation unit that utilizes a lvl 6 basic attack well. An extra 16k dmg per turn is cracked.

Extra 16k dmg per turn is useless when your usual acheron deals 1 milliom damage every all the time.

during combat, since I run him in my Acheron (SW/Sparkle+LC) team his crits stats goes up to
100.5% Crit
281.4% Crit Dmg
hovo just loves DEF pieces.. all the pieces I already had, didn't have to farm relics and this bastard has BETTER stats than my E2S1 Acheron with relics that I've been farming for months and are still farming.... sigh...
E1 seems really weak tho.. 20% crit dmg is useless in Dot Teams, feels wasteful on Hypercarry teams when it only buffs the main DPS, seems like hoyo really want Aventurine with Dr Ratio and Topaz
E1 is basically about the ult shield refresh more than the 20 cdmg..
you basically now have an on-demand out of turn shield refresh. the cdmg part is just a tiny bonus tbh..
kinda overkill for MoC but will definitely prove useful in harder content.
