This went out live on tv so the lights are set up for for the cameras. It is not in a bowling centre either but one lane set up in a sports hall. Having live bowling on tv in the UK is a rare and welcome sight, so we are not going to knock it.

@thiswilldoblue anything could affect the sound output...for years weber cup sound that way..i mean less crispy sounding than PBA...this is just a bit lesser in the background reverb effect...usually declined or inclined mic position causes that... if you ever tried to mic up something you ll notice all the causes of the differences..
no, no, having brand-new pins makes it HARDER for u to knock pins downs. u have to throw perfect shots. if u look at every shot u see a messenger take out the 10-pin a couple of times. that's because TJ put so much power into his shot that he gets good pin-action.
The rev rates are guess work really defined by a Computer aided tracking system...related on the positionand movement of the ball at certain part of the lane.
Wow his form and delivery is so smooth.. i wish i could bowl like that but im only 14 my high series is 544 high game 212 for my age thats really good but.. this just puts me to shame!

TJ can bowl a 300 on one lane any day. The PBA tour apparently isn't a big enough challenge for TJ and neither is this International Tour. So what the hell is?

Dude, thatz my average.. a 214 on two lanes and a house shot, in addition, a 187 on a sport league. Anyways the video looked so easy-- that U cud stand at the foul line and drop a bowling ball with two hands and kick the ball down the lanes and strike with every shot!!!

tommy jones is my favorite bowler. his consistency is crazy, and the fluidity of his delivery is awesome to watch.

that's the advantage of power & revs that TJ produces when he bowls. tournaments like this always uses brand-new pins.

I think they had some microphones right by the pins that made it really loud when the ball hit them. I agree, it's pretty annoying.

This one is not sanctioned of course... All on one lane and not a pair. But 12 in a row on one lane is still great going.
