That's the thing, they're open when they know they can be and it's not effecting their bottom line. I have no doubt she smiled in black pet owners faces while not doing as much to save their pets as she did the white ppl's pets. I'm sure there were probably black ppl who needlessly loss loving animals to this hateful witch. We just happened to catch her in a moment where she had her guard down and she knows she cant take it back so she doubled down. Nothing to commend here....

As someone who lived in south florida for more than a decade I can tell you she is far far from alone.
