Kendal, you said you want to stand out. Once harvest is over, rattle can that Red machine is Sparkling Purple my man. Everyone in the Ohio region will know it's you. LOL
I almost thought u were gonna show breaking into the first field of 2024, but i definitely thought wrong, dont know why no one never shows that, gotta have everything set up perfectly before showing ,oh well , great video, keep up the great work, thanks for sharing
Question from a novice. Do you think the beans on the ground will come up next season if you don’t rotate the crops as usual? Maybe just replant in beans to see what happens.
Thanks for another excellent video and I am a subscriber. If corn silage, potatoes, sugar beet etc can be dumped into a truck while the harvester keeps going, there is no reason why soybeans or wheat cant be dumped into a semi while the combine continues to harvest the beans or wheat. By eliminating the tractor and cart it means less augering of the grain which means less fines in the grain, less diesel used, less wear on machinery, less manpower required, less soil compaction of the soil since a tractor and cart dont have to drive back and forth between the combine and truck. This will mean higher profits.
@@farmerjohnson620 Right.. Just look at what's going on in Springfield.

I’m from nc and I’m just trying to understand why you have to run the reel so low? The older jd heads you had to run low or they wouldn’t feed, but on the case heads and McDon heads I can run the reel just touching into the beans and they would feed fine. Very little reel shatter. Just wondering,, have a great day

@@derrickpettit86 It was just an editing mistake on my part. I edited that entire video at 2am after parking the combine.

Bro cut almost the same amount of beans that we have on our farm. We have 530 acres of beans.
50ft at 5mh is 25 acres an hour

I agree I have neighbors that do the same thing. I think it is habit mostly but it also puts someone out of a job.
Just curious where you guys are operating from, also if you’re looking for combine operators.

@@farmerjohnson620 ok thanks.
Social media is all about boasting about what you have. That's all this is. See all this stuff every single day. Big deal😮😮😮😅😅😅
Are you able to line up an AF-11 as a demo this harvest season ?

These early fungicide bean still have tough green stems and don’t feed the best
Ok, makes perfect sense. Thanks
How are they yielding, i haven't started yet

Honest mistake. Just youtubin an tik tackin. Important harvest stuff.
Maybe just paint your combine black that would look sick and I'm sure it's super easy and really really cheap.
