Excellent video... How do I migrate stateful applications? Will the server on cloud created during server migration using cloud endure be my replication instance during database migration?
Hi Damilare, Thank you for your comment. Stateful applications will be migrated differently from a database and server migration. Depending on the architecture, they will be migrated as services. If they are images, new infrastructure will need to be provisioned and images recreated in the new environment. In the case of server migration, a replication server will be created by the CloudEndure agent at the time of migration. We hope this is helpful. Thanks for your comments. Cloud Endure is going out of support now, and AWS uses the application migration service instead, it is similar and works almost the same way as the Cloud Endure agent, although as a personal preference, the Cloud Endure agent is better.
