How many sessions per week is good for adhd and learning difficulties. ? Is once a week enough ? And for how long.

Great question! The number of neurofeedback sessions needed can vary depending on individual factors like the severity of ADHD or learning difficulties, personal goals, and how the brain responds to training. Typically, more frequent sessions-around 2-3 times per week-can lead to faster results, similar to learning a skill like playing the piano, where consistent practice accelerates progress. While once a week can still be beneficial, it may take longer to notice significant changes.
Most people choose to do neurofeedback home training for convenience and flexibility, allowing them to fit more sessions into their week. If you have any specific questions or would like to learn more, feel free to reach out to me directly at natalie@neurofeedbacktraining.com.
