I have been highly thinking about suicide lately, and getting into drugs again, and i have been wanting to just get drunk to get rid of everything, I just wanted to die...it's been like this for a few days now, and i'm not saying steve-o getting himself better because of the thoughts, and just because he wanted to make an impact on the world is making me change my mind, but honestly it's helping..thanks steve-o :/

the only thing they miss in their diet is protein which can easily be compensated with eggs, milk, supplements and a lot of other things
Some vegans don't eat healthy. Which is strange because most people think that all vegan food should be healthy but it is not like that. You do still need to watch what you eat and exercise. Also, you need to take the right vitamins because you do lose the chances to recieve larger amounts of proteins and such. Your facts are opinions. You think they look like that. I know plenty of vegans that look extremly healthy.
I should have further specified. Obviously a lot of cultures and people DEPEND on meat sources for survival, and there's no getting around that. But we as Americans have the luxury of having pretty much any foods available to us at anytime. We can excuse it with talk about "food chain", or survival, but there's no excuse for us making animals suffer when they don't have to HERE. Its just stubbornness/selfishness/laziness/apathy towards animals. Once again, this is coming from a meat eater.
The same proteins can be found in vegetarian food sources. Brown Rice + Beans = Complete protein. He said that if he had to answer for eating meat one day, he'd be unable to justify himself. God aside, (not that he should ever be used in a valid argument) the fact is none of us can answer for the terrible suffering animals endure so we can eat our meat. (Coming from a meat eater). I have immense respect for people who abstain from meat for this reason. Good for you steve o.
@SportsGooru No actually it's not. My statement is based on facts that came out of Steve-O's mouth in various interviews that I've seen with my own eyes and heard with my own ears. If you think it's still false, then take it up with Steve-O next time you stalk him since apparently your an expert on all things Steve-O. Peace.

No they don't their eyes always have a sunken sickly look to them people who have a healthy normal diet with a mix of every thing have a clearer colorful brighter look.
