Thanks so much for these videos, Ron & guests. My first ETF investment was in 2012. I still invest in mutual funds, but I like ETFs better for most cases. Good to see two put head to head. Have a better 2021 :)

I like tqqq and upro. But about qqq, Mike made a good point in one episode that many companies IPO on the New York stock exchange and so they will never appear on the qqq etfs.
Correct Kevin. Any non-Nasdaq listed tech stocks won't be included in QQQ. For example, QQQ doesn't offer exposure to Uber, Twitter or Spotify because these are all currently NYSE listed companies.
Interesting watching this 4years later and look back about TQQQ. The guest called its top right there and the draw down in 2022 made TQQQ lose most of its gains and now the price of TQQQ is about the same as 4 years ago. That should teach you a lesson: 3X leverage is not 3X gains.
why the heck would you put your life savings on it if you know it's volatile? and you're not supposed to put your life savings in any investment anyway, not even VTI.

Just stumbled on this channel; great informative videos you put out. Some ETF battle suggestions (if you haven't done them already) are QCLN vs PBW or ICLN, SMH vs XSD, CLOU vs WCLD, VGT vs IGV, VYM vs VIG. Cheers.
VGT has a cheaper expense ratio and has won the returns battle for the past decade. Even has a slight edge in yield too. Here's my philosophy though. Both are good ETFs. If you pick either (or both!) and, most importantly, stay patient you are wiser with your money than most people.
EP: If you believe our judges have done a poor job of warning about the risks of leverage, then a) you haven't watched enough episodes, and/or b) you need to watch more closely. With all due respect, Ron #ETFBattles

SCHD and VGT is a bulletproof portfolio!
Currently have 4500 SCHD 250 of VGT, 250 of VOO and 150 of VUG! I keep investing in these ETFs!
That is honestly a KILLER portfolio with those ETFs, all the heavy hitters.
Dave is gonna go on a tangent with TQQQ
Thx for everything we appreciate you a lot guys!!
M.Morin: Right back at you. It's viewers like you that make what we do worth the effort. 8-) Ron
qqqm is now available, maybe we should compare to that in terms of cost
If you long, it is 100% VGT!

Mil Gracias Dinorah! Nice to have you with us, Ron
Excellent show! Thanks for putting this together. Great education for all.
Our pleasure! Thank you Vickram for dropping by. Season 2 is coming! Best, Ron
Dave is right. TQQQ and Bitcoin are the American Dream!
My 2020 can end on a good note since I got to hear Dave pumping TQQQ. Thanks to the three of you for a fun year of ETF battles

Another one to compare is FTEC from Fidelity, just discovered it this past week.
Relatively high expense ratio compared to others

TQQQ for long term? Seriously?
VTI and chill
2021, let's see the following battles between VCR vs XLY; and WCLD vs CLOU

Great video I just subscribed
Awesome. Great to have you on board Braden. 8-)
what is your and your regular judges ETF portfolio for long term growth, can be an episode on its own subscriber will love.
TQQQ will be VERY VOLITILE, Can't imagine betting so big, if you put your life savings into it. WIN HUGE/ LOOSE HUGE. DEFINITELY: VTI!
why the heck would you put your life savings on it if you know it's volatile?

Can you please do one for qqqj vs qqqa?

TQQQ in the long run will lose money, I’m confused to how y’all are so in love with it. It is not good for long term investing….
Up until now, the long-term performance of TQQQ has not been losing. Please re-check your stats.

Be very careful with TQQQ. Do your research highly recommended not holding for LT unlike QQQ and VGT
ARKK > QQQ haha!! at least I didn't say TQQQ is the best
Do you think ARKK or ARKG is good long-term investment? Let's say 20-30 years. I'm building my ROTH IRA Portfolio right now
both are great, ARKK is more diverse since it's a mix of their top companies vs ARKG is more genomics/biotech focus

Are there any REITS that invest in strip clubs?
No. But there is a VICE ETF, here's more: advisorshares.com/etfs/vice/
No talk about the risks of leveraged etfs? There is an ugly side to leverage that should be considered, especially since we are at all time highs.
