If we are booking flight from Delhi to hongkong and then to shenzhen by train and return is also same then in Number of arrival train /ship/flight what should we add 1. Flight number Delhi to hongkong or Train number from hongkong to shenzhen
Shenzhen is a part of china when will you arrive at Hongkong airport in arrival form add Flight number Delhi to Hongkong if the immigration ask you for the return ticket tell them you are going china by train. Same when you will coming back add Train number from Shenzhen to Hongkong but at this time you have a return ticket to India.

@lpsitaParija-jq9ff You need F category visa for academic exchange, visit and conference in China. Valid Indian passport,You need two photo( measurements are given in the embassy website), along with you need covering letter,copy of invitation from the Organiser or organisation in China, in some cases agency will ask for bank statement ( not sure). For initial application you need above mention documents. It would be better to approach a travel agency to handle the clerical work rather than doing it by yourself. Because according to my limited knowledge regarding the matter, F category visa require some additional form filling etc....

You can skip the surname option. No need to write anything
