wow crafty. great video. giving me hope. the last build i ever tried was gravekeepers and dragunity but then i stopped playing. recently got back into it. i heard eldlich invoked could give dragunity trouble. have you a video on that? what can give this deck trouble? maybe you dont want to share that and i understand.
Thank you! Glad you liked the video. To answer your question, we lose to blowout hand traps, like Droll, Shifter and Maxx "C", if we don't draw the out, like every combo deck does. No one plays Eldlich Invoked, in MD, nowadays. But, Winda is a problem, yeah.
Thank you so much i was looking for what you’re doing keep it up ! Just a little question, is gold sarcophagus a key card to craft ? Bc i don’t have that much material to craft UR’s so can i replace it with some stapples ? Thx again 💪🏼
Thank you! If you don't have the UR dust to craft it, it's ok. You can, definitely, play without it. If you find yourself wanting more starter searcher, you could add in Small World and Droll.
holy SHIT that game against kashtira is absurd. that is the kind of replay that makes you think the strategy is truly meta relevant. You didnt start with GLOW, REMUS, OR MYSTLETAIN, and you still ended on full combo endboard. the only problem is that you need an IQ equivalent to the amount of days in a year to pilot it. also omg i forgot this board doesnt roll over against dark ruler. This deck and crafty are just NUTS. Shoutout to the Ascalon btw.
It's ok. This video is meant to be a rapid fire round of Replays, from the DC. If you want to learn the combo, at your own pace, you can watch my other video guides that explains everything slowly.
Do you still think Small World is a good card in this version? And another question, if you don't have access to Remus or Ravine, is there any way to play? Thanks for the video, it was incredible!
Hey, thanks and I'm glad you liked the video. Small World (SW) is good, in general, if you want more Starter options. Even though, now, having access to 3x Tempest might be considered " better " by some, since Tempest is kinda like SW for Dragunity, but it also puts resources in the GY, for you, at the same time. However, SW has a way of being slightly better than tempest, when it comes to baiting out hand traps, like Ash: - Tempest needs to discard itself AND 1 WIND monster for COST. This commits you to the search and it is vulnerable to hand traps. - SW, on the other hand, doesn't commit you to anything, since it doesn't have an actual cost. You just activate it, and see if the opponent has a response. Even if it gets negated, you don't lose anything else, since the cards you would banish form hand and deck are part of the effect, not a cost. As for how to play when you don't have access to Ravine or Remus, I'm planning on making a video about it, soon. But here is the usual thought process, if you have access to a Bystial, but no Legatus or Zephyros: - Get to Romulus and search Ravine. - Get to Gae Dearg and dump Samsara Dragon. - Go into Seal. By this point, there should be a Lv.6 Bystial in GY + Samsara. - Use Samsara on the Lv.6 Bystial and tribute over Seal. and here is the crucial part... - Summon another Lv.6 Bystial, with Seal. This would be Saronir if you didn't access it, yet. - Go into Atum, with both Bystials, and this is where you use its effect to summon REDMD. Make sure to detach Saronir (if you didn't use its effect yet) and dump Lubellion or Regained, depending on whether or not there is already a Lubellion in GY. - REDMD revives Gae Dearg. - Gae Dearg gets access to either Ringowurm or Baby Roc, depending on whether or not you have a Ringo in GY, already. If Ringo is in GY, you get Baby Roc. If not, you get Ringowurm. - Tribute REDMD to summon Lubellion. etc.
@@craftymindgaming Thanks for the tips brother, you're really helping a lot. I'll be waiting for your video teaching how to play without RAVINE and REMUS, sometimes the opponent has a lot of negates and I ended up getting lost when it came to continuing playing. I believe it will help other people too.
Going 1st, if you can only access 1 of them, then, usually, you go for Regained, most of the time. In some cases, you go for Beast, instead. For example, if you expect that you're playing vs a backrow heavy deck, like Labrynth or Sky Striker, then Beast is better, in those scenarios, since it helps get rid of the backrow. Or, sometimes, you got disrupted on your combo, so you don't have enough disruption on board, so you get Beast to help add an extra disruption, on field, etc. Going 2nd, it depends on what you need, at the time. If you need to draw a card, you go for Regained, but if you need more help breaking a board, then Beast is better, etc. These are just general advice, ofc. It's all case by case based.

Idk about TCG specifically, but I can tell you that, overall, Dragunity is considered a hard to play rogue deck, with high potential, that is as good as its pilot, basically.

If you're not fond of difficulty, however, then all you're gonna see is bricks, even when you have full combo, anyway. The deck is hard to learn and pilot, afterall.
