I really miss Clan Base, ESL, mixes between xfire friends and random people. I miss the very first clans/teams when the game just came out. I miss bullshit and laughs on teamspeak with my friends or clan members, or the frustration and focus during clan wars. I miss COD2 old days, my best fps gaming experience ever.
Cod2 was the best game I ever played. I played other games after cod2, but the feeling is not the same. Cod2 was magical. I remember I was a high schooler and cod2 was my only real hobby when I went home after school. Life was so great back then.

With auto zoom and playstation joystick. the can't imagine the skill u needed to play these games. that's why they say these guys were cheaters. i am proud on having been a part of this generation. it was the ambition to get better why you played those games!

This is the GOAT of fps games. Since 2007 and about 6-7k hours still not boring. Games of today gets boring after 10+ hours just as a comparison to cod2.

This game got me into PC gaming. Built my own pc just to be able to play this back in 2005. Best Call of Duty game ever made. No skins, battlepass, DLC bullshit, just pure fun and skill. I miss these times. Toujane rifle only was so much fun. Sadly not many people remember this one and don't realize even the zombie mods came from the players modding this game back then.

This was early 2007 I think. 2006-2007 was the best time though, 1 year in the game and the pro scene really started to settle in. Big teams, names, clan switches, lans, cheating scandals etc. and strategy and skill was getting really optimized for it's the time, just around when CoD4 launched in 2007.
@@Romess1And consider this: tek9 and the old pros weren't playing on highend PC's because that time 125 fps was about the maximum you could get in game. The difference is huge when you are on 333 fps or on 125. 333 is basically light speed compared to 125.
@@krisztianozsvath91 250 was kinda the norm during this age. I remember most of the pros and semipros I played with playing with 9800pro's and 6800gt's lowering resolution to achieve 250.

uh i think hud doenst show in codplayer .. codplayer is where you run demos and then record if u dont know.. but i dont know how to turn that hud on i think you should check in codplayer options but im not sure sooo dont blame me if im wrong :P
