"Farragut" was NCC-1647 according to memory alpha. NCC-1702 was the TOS "Discovery" according to FASA listings but, we are in fan film territory so not to worry really, eh, lol
Space Normal speed? They mention a similar incident with Disco. Was that before it was 'lost' ? What about the situation covered in the 1st episode of SNW having Enterprise violation of General Order 1?
Why is the female version of the wrap-around Captain's uniform yellow instead of green like Kirk's? Also, the female helm officer is wearing the rarely seen female uniform with pants, but the collar is high like the men's when on the show, it was low like the mini-dress uniform.
Nice job but: No captain on deck, no Neutral Zone alarm, Vulcan with no raised eyebrows no red alert alarm, no need for those news films. You can tell the navigator was reading her lines.
I do enjoy Star Trek fan fiction. Your sets and CG were excellent. Your actors were a bit wooden. One question: why essentially duplicate the Enterprise bridge crew?
the prime directive is clear unless there is clear outside interference or a gross violation of general order 24 then everything they do would land the senior bridge officers in a Courts-martial and sent to a penal colony and as for the crew their careers would be pretty much over
Well written but you better have at least an associates degree to understand the extensive use of the large vocabulary words which are appreciatively a substantial difference from using common vernacular expressions depicted in lesser base minded shows, the predilection of surfs. Obviously not written for inhabitants of Sesame St. Does anybody have a dictionary so I can figure out what I just said?
Pretty good! But a bit too much dialogue. The briefing room scene IMO could have been shortened somewhat with better planed/more concise lines. Still, well done and classic Star Trek!
I doubt this 'Captain' would/could maintain the very lowest requirement of a physically fit commander of ANY Constitution Class ship, ever. A lot of that war-footage is familiar with Iraq, just saying. Why are all the uniform badges that of the 'Enterprise' instead of the Pegasus as the story depicts? The Doctor and the silly (off-colored) plastic eared science guy, thought obviously and completely human, carries the 'Vulcanology' badge and not the ship designation badge. Does he belong on a different ship?
This was fun to watch. Thanks to all involved in its creation.
Such simplistic thinking regarding the politics of an alien world would never fly, especially regarding a planet like Earth.
Never could understand the rationale of why the Chief Medical Officer always seemed to be hanging out on the bridge.
That’s one thing I like about Stranger New Worlds the doctor is in sickbay or when off duty enjoying his personal time.
Or being in senior staff briefing regarding missions of operations that medical was not a factor.
The quality story and cast is beyond my expectations. This is great.
Such a great looking cast!
I love nods to Star Trek futures: "Starfleet really needs to employ ships counselors" Ahaha! BRILLIANT
Yes and Ms. Sawyer has played one. Counselor Pepperstone!
Awesome many thanks
Well done, thank you very much for this.
Lots of space trash are dangerous too. I liked!:unusual crew, discussing our history!
Thank you !!!! ❤
I'd always thought U.S.S. "Farragut" was NCC-1702.

Good point, I managed to overlook that for some reason@@ReconViper1
Accepting that emerging power would be a terrible mistake.
I recognize those faces! Sometimes the RUclips algorithm gets things right!🖖
excellent😎
Thank you! Cheers!
Love it, thank you!
Well done!!👍👍🖖🖖
Wow! That’s a captain!
Space Normal speed?

The sets and effects were superb. Apparently this iteration of Star Fleet does not maintain a exercise regimen, though.
Were the Constitution interior shots from Star Trek Continues?
What does this captain and James T. Kirk have in common?? They both wore girdles.
Does warp drive add weight?
Their a rough scraggly motley crew 😁

Quarantine the planet and warp out. Let the Romulans have the ruins......am I too harsh?

This is a pretty cool movie/episode. The Captain is one hot chick ! Live Longer and prosper Captain.
the prime directive is clear unless there is clear outside interference or a gross violation of general order 24 then everything they do would land the senior bridge officers in a Courts-martial and sent to a penal colony and as for the crew their careers would be pretty much over
Some of these actors don’t seem to have the passion for Trek to justify having been cast.
What is this looking glass all about?
those vulcan ears definately need improvement-

I liked the film, can I be in one?
