So cute!! As a long time crocheter (45 years), I would suggest that you crochet over your ends as you go. This will eliminate the number of ends you have to weave into your stitches when you complete the squares. 😊 This such a sweet pattern and so well done! You are very talented and so creative!

Hi Emily Ann, I wish all children could have an aunt like you. I am now making the cardigan you posted recently for adults. For my daughter, 3 granddaughters, and 2 daughters in law. You make it easy. I have a lot of the same yarn you have in lots of colors. You crochet so perfectly. I am 73 and I learn so much from you. Thank you. I can’t wait for your next video. Jeanette, from the Bronx, New York. 🦋💖

Hey Emily! I know this isn’t necessarily crochet related but I just wanted to tell you how much your music has genuinely changed my life. I’ve loved your music from the start but when your album came out, it helped me through such a difficult time in my life. I found out I was pregnant at the beginning of September and I knew that I wanted to sing Keep On to my baby every day as a reminder to them that they can get through everything and I did. The day that song dropped, I sang it every day to my baby while crocheting a blanket. Sadly, about a week after the album fully dropped on September 27th, I had a miscarriage. That song turned into my song that got me through such a tough time and I still listen to it every day. My boyfriend knows how much I love your music and uses it to cheer me up anytime I’m in a bad mood or just mentally in a rough spot. We actually plan on using Infinity as our song to walk down the aisle at our wedding. It is my dream to see you in concert/meet you (and deep down wish you could sing at our wedding lol). Sorry for the ramble but I just had to tell you truly how much your music has impacted my life in more ways than one. Thank you for being you and being amazing!💓💓

What size are your finished granny square. I’ve loved doing this but my squares are too small. I’m in U.K. and used DK wool was yours chunky?

She has the link in description. She has full step by step in adult size. You would just use fewer squares for the child's size. 🙂

I made one for my daughter who is in college as a Christmas present this year. I sent a photo of it to my friend who wants me to make one for her granddaughter who's in the sixth grade. Trying to figure out how to adjust the amount of squares required.

I’ve watched both of your videos on these beautiful sweaters.
Your yarn definitely looks thicker than my 4-guage Lion Brand yarn. And your squares definitely look larger too.
Perhaps it’s the difference between worsted weight and the regular 4 guage.🧐

Please watch another video on the mechanics of crocheting. The wool is generally wrapped around your finger and stagnet and you only move your hook. Thanks for the pattern mind you. 🇨🇦

There is no right or wrong way to hold yarn and hooks. As a crochet who is also an instructor, I teach people to hold it the way that is comfortable for them. How rude!
