I absolutly love Little House on the Prairie. I guess I'm old fashioned. I've watched alot of episodes from you coffield, and I just wanted to say thank you so much. I don't get any kind of TV, so I am not able to watch this show. I have loved it since I was a kid. Thanks again. I'm hoping to see all the episodes. I'm going down the line with the episodes. I'm already in season 2 if you cant tell, lol. Thanks again!!!

i think people in & around my age [29] experienced the very last of a real childhood. yet the shows that were made, LHOTP included, touched on real issues. things that would now be seen as adult themes.
i find that incredible considering now you can buy thongs & mini skirts for little girls & somehow people think that's alright! it just doesn't make sense... i would hate to be very young now!

Dear mimilagogo... I can't believe that I hear such statement from someone from western countries. I agree with you, that LHOP touched real issues. Unlike most TV shows right now. There are too much sex and liberalism and materialism. Which makes TV becomes boring.

I am 33, and I think so too. With the rise of the superficial culture, childhood is robbed by thumping beats and glorified stupidity.

@coffield26 This was a great peak into ma and pa's courtship. And Laura kisses her real life brother to make another boy jealous. LOL

@greenwich1754 Honestly. I'm only 25 and I prefer watching shows like this, Wings, Andy Griffith Show, Cheers.... etc. I don't really care for the new ones. You won't find me listening the the "crap" they call music anymore either. I prefer, Conway Twitty, Waylon Jennings, Buck Owens, Johnny Cash... etc. Still Old Fashioned, but proud of it :-)

@galaxygirl4u No, old fashioned is common sense, which much of society has taken leave of. You couldn't have this type of programming on T.V. today, because it's "too boring/sappy".
