So many hidden talents. Believe it or not I've seen many sourdough bread making videos. It's harder than it looks you have developed your own tried and true method. Making sourdough is so quirky. I can see that's a really good loaf of bread. The best that I can do Is thaw out a loaf of Rhoads bread dough. Not knocking that at all. It is an excellent made In Wisconsin product and definitely would recommend.

That is one method,in cowcamps out west ,with wood stoves ,found many ways to make sourdough bread biscuits ,pancakes ,even baked it in coffee cans 😂😂😂
