Your experience would not be considered. Recruiter will ask for Canadian experience and if you don't have Canadian experience you'll consider as a fresher. I know a guy who had 15 years of working experience and was vice president of Ey in India. But unable to get a job. And he end up getting master's in Canada and he managed to get a job after masters. But he had to start with basic like from 0. He got job as a analyst. Imagine a guy who was working as a vice president now working as a analyst. And if you don't want to do master's you don't want to study again. Then join a international company do your best at your job and If your performance were good enough your company may transfer you to abroad. With same post or promotion.

Yeah Math is not required for visa! Its for offer letter from college or university. Most of the programs do not require math But if you want to do bachelors, in majority of cases you need mathematics.
