Something feels great with this Jeremy! He actually feels like a real teenager. The others seemed a bit to mature to be teenagers in high school.
I've seen real teenagers.
He is significantly better than real teenagers.
Might be a bit of the accent and the fact that hes probably younger than at least WRol who was like 31 when he did jeremy.

@@rory7993 It's possible to be reasonably attractive and still highly unpopular in school. A lot of times if you dress unflatteringly or don't project confidence you won't even seem attractive regardless of your appearance.

Jasmine Arreola it’s much more reserved than Will Roland. One of the biggest complaints with the broadway production was that it was way too campy and over the top, almost like it was a parody of itself. I’ve always thought the show was a lot better and a lot funnier when it was played more realistically.

Why are some people being so inflexible with the casting? This cast shows the characters personalities really well - ya’ll need stop comparing them to the original 😔✌🏻
I like everyone by Jeremy.
I think people also need to realise American and British is wayyyyyy different in terms of theatre and comedy in general, and the cast and director are gonna change some line deliveries and maybe even some lines to suit a British audience

I like this Jeremy's mannerisms and mix between the more sullen original and voice-cracking Broadway. My only wish would be to see the choreography changed up more.
Yeah I totally agree about the choreography! And I like this Jeremy too, I think this role suits him really well and he plays it super nicely
I love how even in the London version the bus driver is still on the left side of the bus

girl weeb Well he wasn’t confirmed to be gay by the creator so it if just most fan speculation. He has the rainbow flag as a patch on his red hoodie on Broadway, in the book he has a girlfriend who wasn’t included in the musical, and some people think that Michael In The Bathroom really sound like someone going through a breakup or someone losing their crush. Again it’s all speculation but there are a lot of points to back it up.
I love this Michael. I mean yeah sure the og cast is great but he is acting so good 🥺
as a huge fan of George Salazar... I'm actually cool with this guy playing Michael. He looks like an actual teenager Micheal should and he does have his share of gay energy!

Amazing, thank you!! I love seeing the new actors for these roles. I agree when someone else said this Jeremy seems like a real teen, but I'm also digging how Michael seems to be coming up with his own inflections and gestures. Very awesome!

I ADORE this new cast!!!! Scott's Jeremy is absolutely amazing, and I'm totally jealous that I can't see it live. Blake brings a totally fresh take to Michael, and of course all of the other cast members are absolutely amazing.

I was kinda disappointed at first?? With Michael? (because i'm used to, yknow, Filipino MichaelTM) But he grew on me! He's very good at singing, he's good at delivering his lines, and his acting is superb! Wish I could see this, alas, I live in the US of A :( Good luck with this, guys!!!

This is exactly what I needed in my life. Absolutely amazing. All the actors are fantastic and actually portray their characters very well, in my opinion.
I was blessed enough to be able to see Be More Chill recently and I literally just came back after a year to get obsessed over musicals again.
what am I saying? I've always loved musicals. Just this made me dive straight back into the intense love again.
