Cam was so ashamed of how we had been treated that, as we were leaving, he gave me a tiny purse size TV in a blue case. (This was decades before cellphones, personal computers, CDs or even cordless telephones). I had never even heard of such a small working TV. He said it was from "Mr. Cosby". I never believed that. Later I learned from my husband that Cam admitted the TV had been given to him by Mr. Cosby as a gift. But, Cam had given it to me because of the hurt and disappointment he saw on my face. I still have that TV today. I miss Cam (who I believe has passed on). But, I was not sad when "Mr. Cosby" went to prison.
