Anyone else forked out for the 2HC program? It is not exactly cheap, and fully expected to have buyer's remorse after paying for it, but it is fantastic.
My favorite "functional fitness" channel by a wide margin. Question for Mark, if you have the time and are so inclined. Is the single arm version of this exercise a valid option? I don't have a legitimate "heavy" club at this time. I have a 10 and 15 pound club. 68 yrs old Man and new to clubbells.
Thanks for mentioning where to point the elbows. Swivelling the elbows is something I have NEVER seen in a fitness video but it seems to me to be incredibly important. For example when doing a pushup elbows can move through 99 degrees.
Hi sir Mark. which is more beneficial for a long term exercise for aging men (55yo plus getting older), the Kettlebell exercises or the Club bell/Heavy Club?
If you don’t crush the down leg on the back swing. Check distance with back position side to side swing first If you handle is too long for your skeletal dimensions you really only get to mess it up once…..
@@delenda1231 Sorry bro I'm too tired to give a good answer. There's a lot. For example, during a shield cast, you have to keep your crown-to-coccyx alignment, push your knees slight out, and arch the spine during your throw, using your hips to fling it back up. Also, your hands should be traveling a perfect half circle aligned with the center of your body. If the hands skew a bit to the right or left your throw won't be efficient. There's a lot about the mill/reverse mill too. I gotta sleep now
Hands down - The best all around fitness instruction out there.
But you can't use the clubs effectively with your hands down......sorry, couldn't resist 😂
💯
the best .. collective physical training .. strength and agility

That program should last at least five years
@@MarkWildman Probably for the rest of my days. 👌

Absolutely.
This seriously helps my hip
Flexors
Mark, the more i see in the background of your videos the more i can tell that we'd hang out. That custom R90 is unmissable.

Great workout and epic gym!! Who else wants classic bikes and clubs?
That works the upper chest very well
Mark, if you had to choose only one exercise with the Heavy Club which one would it be?
all êeee doooouz, wezZ to explain self body reflexes !!!
HI Mark, what is the brand of that kneeling pad you are using, where can you get them?
This is a Rouge Ab mat 2. It has a tale on it. I absolutely love it. Worth every penny

For me kettlebell+heavy club works so great together. 15 mins of swings/press/squat and then 15min of heavy club work.
Club is more range of movement.
@@MarkWildman thank you sir
Can you use a weighted bar...if you don't have a heavy club
If it’s an appropriate length. Yes.
Where in the UK am i going to get a 50lb club without spending a fortune on delivery from Adex?
How does 44 pounds for 190 pounds ( ex del ) grab you
@@cioran1754 sounds good. Send a link please
Can i use mace, instead of club for this drill?

Do
you think that there is more utility in a club vs a mace
Mark would say stick with clubs as your main style and do maces as a complement to it.
Clubs are the cake, the mace is the cherry on the top.
Club

I really wish you would spend some time talking about the more subtle & advanced technique cues in heavy club swinging.
Such as?

@@cultofherculesMark has a 2H Club program and SA Club program where he explains everything in detail.
I have a couple hundred videos where I detail those things.
@@MarkWildman Yes I have watched almost all of them 😅
