Ingredients for Recipe:
Beef Meat 3kg (1.75kg Ribs and 1.25kg Neck)
Olive Oil Few Drops
Spice Mix/ Steak Seasoning as follows (enough for 3kg meat)
Paprika 5gms 2tsp
Garlic 10gms 3tsptsp
Salt 25gms 2.5tsp
Onion Powder 6gms 1.5tsp
Sugar 6gms 1tsp
Black Pepper Crushed 10gms 2tsp
BBQ Masala/ Tikka Masala 3gms 1/2tsp
Chili Flakes 1gms 1/2tsp

Only if your micro has a convection mode. Won't work in regular microwave mode

Yes absolutely. Smoker is best option but you have to use good quality wood because smoke is a game changer in BBQ. If you will use bad quality wood, it will generate bad smoke which will collect on the surface of meat and it will ruin the meat and taste as well.

@@muhammadaltafbutt1383 Smoking is done with wood chips, not with charcoal. Slow smoking with charcoal will give a very acrid and burnt taste to the meat.

3 hours gas per bhot costly hoga even in otg,kya thoda cooker mei gala sakte hai adrak lassan namak daalker phir dry karke aapka procedure follow kare to mere khayal se paune ghante ye half hour mei pak jaega,plz reply.
