This is mesmerizing! I love the view when the mower is backing up and I can see the rush being cut ( the 'before') and then the clean track pulling away (the 'after').

Not a big fan of Land pride mowers in general. I have a 10' 3010 & it doesn't mow as well as your 12' 2512. I really need a flex, my ground is too uneven for a fixed deck. Your doing a nice job!
Very nice work, keep the videos coming, as much as possible, im a logger in n.western pa and im also looking in to expanding my business into land management, im pretty sure im getting a kioti 6620 power shuttle and a flail with hammers, your input on my choice would help on the mower thanks again for bringing us along for the ride
Personally i wouldn’t run a flail I had the initial thought of buying one but the versatility of a bushogg it outweighs a flail. You can cover way more ground with a nicer cut and it doesn’t limit you to either just cutting crass or just larger material. I can do both. And yes this is a 12ft land pride. It’s a rc2512. The 3712 is supposed to have a larger cutting capacity but I’ve cut some rather large things with this and never had an issue
Woods has a better cut, better life and better warranty. I believe the cost is the same between LP & Woods. As far as tractor goes i would not select a cab Kubota due to dealer/service prices to repair factory defects. My neighbor was recently charged $800 to lift the cab off his L7060 tractor with 400 hours to replace a bad hydro valve for rear lift. John Deere is flipping nuts with prices so my next tractor will be Yanmar which is just about the same as JD but price is a lot better
@@bc5891 I disagree on cut quality and I don’t see a woods holding up to what I do. The warranty on this cutter and my kubota are way better than anyone else had to offer
Great channel. Could you kindly advise what hp the tractor is and what make/model and width the batwing is. Although not fast. Impressive reversing operations. Thanks. RSA.
Looks good, I used to do that for a living , shit would look like a landing strip afterwards, I'd cover about 4miles a day since I had to jump a lot of gates and brush was overgrown badly

I’m sure trying to grow it as much as I can. And yes that’s correct with all the storms and tornadoes over the last couple of years they have made budget cuts and one of those was bush hogging the power line row’s. It’s up to the landowners now if they want it done
I see. It sounds like it is going to be a mess by the time the power companies are forced to take over and contract it out. I was impressed by how well your Landpride did. By the way, there may have been one or two subscribers when I followed you, but I think it was just you and I. I’ve been enjoying your videos ever since. I miss doing the bushhogging, but I’ve been swamped with firewood this year in between medical operations. Thanks for the comeback.
32ft. It’s just about perfect for my setup I’m actually thinking about putting a deck on the neck so I can take other attachments with me and a fuel tank
Why don’t you cut closer to the the tree I noticed you left a couple of trees in the middle of the ride away standing where I’m from they would back charge you for that because that’s something they have to go cut It also need to overlap further because you leave too much
Kentucky. Since the tornadoes that came through in December of 21. And other severe weather events the state has cut funding for ROW maintenance in order to help fund the needs of people affected from those storms.
When I get older one day I can learn how to do that but someone has to teach me how to use a Batwing? I've never shredded with a Batwing before I've Shredded with a tiny shredder and I'm starting to get the hang of it I'm working my way up to get a chance to shredd with a Batwing Mower but one day That will come in my life then I can learn how to use it when that time comes?
Great job again showing, keep up the good job thanks for showing. Have a good one see ya next time see ya bye.
Thanks, you too!

Thanks for watching. It’s much appreciated
Yes sir your very welcome
That tractor and shredder seems to be a good combo!
They do pretty well together especially for small areas
Excelente trabajo gracias por compartir este video saludos desde España 🇪🇸
You got that cutter set up perfect Man...Very Nice Job.
Thank you

How do you bid your projects? Is there a certain hourly rate you try to earn? Keep up the great work
I charge a minimum within a certain distance from me. After that it goes to either an hourly or by the acre depending on the property
Hehehe awesome another one of those doomaflatcha cutters like i have 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

I like the looks of the rhino and the bushwacker according to the specs and videos ive seen

Looks like a fun cut
I’d like to do cuts like this more often
Quite a show, very entertaining

@@Mark-Marine I could be wrong but I think that if the state sees the landowners are going to do the maintenance then they won’t budget it back in
Guess they need to ride more quads on it to keep a trail on it.

One problem with mowing those power lines. Tree stumps

What the hell is that guys problem?
He actually owns the property I’m cutting he was just taking pictures. The state just has their power lines running across their property
What did Karen want?
No Karen’s on this one just the ones that own the property the power lines ran through. Now when I was leaving that was a totally different situation
Has to be a state worker, a lot of unnecessary backing up and going in circles, taking longer than necessary!!!

Could have been done about 20 minutes faster, does look good though
