Speaking as someone who only watched this without having played it, it looks like a rather easy 17. It could be a 16 if it were't for the end. Update: Never mind, it's pretty tiring.
kinda agree with this.... i will definitely try to clear this as my first cleared level 17 one once the gold cabinet is available internationally and brought to my city (hope so)

High 16. Most other 17's I struggle with , this one is no issue :P
I'd say 17 because the gimmicks can be tricky if you don't know the song well
