I think it’s brilliant. I of course prefer the steel. Looking forward to the full review. I like how it has a bit of a modern twist to the Dirty Dozen style. Thanks!
Revelot has this with such a striking red aventurine dial that I looked at the picture on Instagram for like 5 minutes haha! They make superb watches! This is also super pretty!
Wow, that watch looks really interesting. You can only purchase it though their official website? They are not in AliExpress? Where do they ship from? I am afraid that will be too expensive to import in EU :(
Sorta hoping Christopher Ward will drop the price of their lumiere, if it's so cheap to make lume blocks like this, a $200 watch can make all the numbers, how can a few indices cost so much?
What's the reliability of that movement ?? Anybody had experience of it ?? I love the watch, but just not sure about the movement. I have a couple of Revelots with the boring but brilliant Nh35 in them and they are superb quality watches for the money. But just not sure about the Seagull in the back of this one.
We can _already_ have a Dirty Dozen homage from Baltany, with a 36mm Cusn8 bronze case, AR coated sapphire, with a manual wind Seagull ST3620 movement on AliExpress for US $168. It looks more like the original than this.
@@tuberaider I agree, but this isn't meant to look exactly like an original. Like I said, it's a clever modern interpretation of one. Great to see some clever individuality with unique features such as the 3D lume, bull horn lugs and sand texture fumee dial!
I dislike lume having to be featured in every non-dress watch. A lot of watches that have the weird tint from the lume instead of pure white indices look much worse because of it. That being said, when the lume is a main focus of the watch... by all means, go crazy with it.
There is no Japan Super-LumiNova. Which makes me think you're just a mouth piece reporting their marketing verbiage. But i dunno why i expect anything more these days from youtubers. I get it, they just like to use the term Super, sells more stuff or care about copyright. You don't know the history of LumiNova and Kenzo Nemoto, etc. I don't think it's vital information. But it all casts a shadow of doubt on anything you say knowing you're just reading what they are feeding you. Looks like C3, but who knows what lume is that, and where it comes from. If anything is even real in their claims about anything else.
@@dunka12 I know it's a successful video when I get comments like this. Many thanks for your comment. Regardless of the lumes name or it's origin, the video clearly shows how effective and pleasant it is. That's what really matters right?
C3 lume is often referred to as "Japanese lume" because it is associated with the Japanese company Nemoto, which developed the original LumiNova technology, and many consider "C3" to be a specific formulation of this Japanese lume powder; although, the term "Super-LumiNova C3" is also used, which technically indicates a Swiss origin due to the "Super-LumiNova" part being a Swiss trademark.
@@kurtwolter3984they literally say Japan Super Luminova on the website, which obviously is not true. And in the video he just repeats that as fact. For me personally it seems deceptive. You do you.
That does look good, I owned a Revelot and it was very well made. Thanks for showing it 👍
Been following the launch of these, absolutely killed it for the price! Look forward to the full review!
Definitely love the steel variant on a strap Thanks for sharing another great video my friend Be well and Big blessings 👍
I normally dislike bronze watches but I like that a lot. A very cohesive design. Good work Ocelot.
Nice quick, clean intro to a very cool watch. I too look forward to your full review. Thanks for bringing it to us.
@@AntCar-z4s thanks man! Moving forward, you think these shorter vids are better?

Love it. Not a fan of bronze in general but that white dial on a bracelet looks amazing
Luminous thus enlightened
Great review. Lume looks fantastic. Is it just bright out of the gate, or is it also the type you can still make out at 4am?
Another nice little watch.

Damn, better than a new Bremont at a fraction of the price... You play dirty Revelot, that's not fair at all!!!!
Dirty by name, dirty by nature! 😆

Thanks Dan. Great review as always, I may have this in the collection soon. I'm a sucker for a bronze watch, as well. Cheers.
I've got the baltany DD with it. It's been happy for two years, hope that helps.
4:23 as good as VERTEX?
@@zillsburyy1 lord knows, would be good if it was, price considered!
@watchmewithwatches I would consider getting one if it was SS
@zillsburyy1 I did say in the video quite a few times they make it in stainless steel too!
It needed a date
