thank you mam, I want to share the loop of overthinking. I am a CAT aspirant, want to go in to a decent B school for MBA. I appeared for CAT exam and did not go well. Second time I am preparing for CAT exam, I am little motivated but loop of overthinking that I may fail this time too. 'This year also I may not go into a good B School'. This is affecting my preparation for the exam. I will follow the ways you said mam❤
i started overthinking just because of failure of my life when i fail in some competitive exam everytime people comes and ask me about my result so whenever i preparing again i always think about my upcoming results and people they just show unnecessary sympathy to me , but later i decided that i don 't even care about them because whatever they are thinking about mine is not in my control so why should i worry then i feel again myself in such a positive environment now I can concentrate more in my studies without any pressure , thanks to you

First of all thankyou mam...I want to share my problem and expect some help. I usually overthink over small things, for eg - while exercising I start thinking which one to do first; while studying if don't understand any line I start overthinking in order to understand it; whether I should underline this line or not; I have that problem of categorizating things; I get stuck in the loop and its difficult to come out of it, it's very painful, my studies have been affected, my daily life is affected, are those symptoms of OCD , plz give some suggestions, if I should meet with any psychologist. When I'm able to control myself then it stops, but when it starts it happens again and again, plz help. I'm expecting some suggestion.

Hello, I started my job career last year and I joined a company and faced a lot of corporate issues that I never faced and see the reality of this world and after that I got very depressed and lost my confidence and having anxiety issues so I had to left my job due to these issues and it's been 5month now I am still overthinking about those incidents and after leaving my job I was also in depression for 4 month now I am fine but I used to overthink a lot and I am a unconfident as well.
i got commited with a girl recently and we both are in a serious relationship..............But she has given me assurance that i will never do any misbehave in a relationship.But the too my mind do lot of overthinking about our relationship.

Focus on the Positive Experiences 3. Talk to Friends/family. Build a Support system. Venting is good 4.Move your Body, Excercise is the best way to reduce Cortisol(Stress hormone). I have allergy to many medicine...this was ok till last year but in the last may 2022 I went to parlour to straightened my hair, I experienced some rash, giddiness and redness, from that event I have become very anxious about everything, like introducing any new food, chemical to myself and this starts my overthinking.. please guide me
