I feel kinda weird about this video. Like I agree with most of your points. Altough I haven't played Hellblade and A plague tale. But those reasons you gave seem valid. Only I am not familiar with the gameplay. I felt like in a lot of cases you could have shown us what you didn't like and describe it. I personaly think that will deliver the message a lot beter.
You talk about the mouth noices and the kids voice acting. Maybe show a short clip of the game so we can judge for our selfs. And with the metro exodus part. You talk a very long time about what you do like about the game. And it takes some time to get to the point for why you don't like the game. Which is the reason why I am watching your video.
And the HDR issue for starfield just feels very out of context if you are not familiar with the looks of HDR. You said there is no HDR setting. But if you dont understand HDR, what is the problem?

"weak take"? I didn't like the games, so I described why I didn't like them. It doesn't have to be deep
